Wegovy tracking can involve many small records: injection dates, dose steps, weight entries, side effects, reminders, photos, and notes from the week. Pepti keeps those records together so you can see the routine over time instead of trying to recreate it later from memory.
The app does not promise a weight-loss result. It gives you a place to record what happened, review patterns, and prepare for a more informed conversation with a qualified professional. Weight is useful context, but it is not the whole story. Photos, measurements, symptoms, and reminders can make the timeline more complete without turning it into medical advice.
Progress beyond one number
Pepti can keep photos, body measurements, and check-ins beside the dose and weight timeline. That helps when progress feels uneven or when side effects change from week to week. Premium adds advanced photo comparisons, milestones, analytics, projections, DEXA records, inventory, costs, and PDF export for appointments.
Premium also includes an estimated active-level curve and a 14-day preview. The curve is theoretical. It uses logged information and medication parameters, and it does not measure blood concentration.
Private records for appointment review
Your Wegovy history is stored on your device, with no required account to start. You choose when to export. Pepti does not sell health data, diagnose symptoms, recommend doses, or replace medical advice. It is a private tracker for records you control, including the small details that are hard to remember after several weeks of routine changes.
