Record what happened, and when
Side effects can be hard to describe days or weeks later. Pepti lets you log symptoms, intensity, dates, notes, and dose context while the details are still fresh. Over time, that creates a more useful history than a vague memory of a bad week.
The side effects tracker is not a diagnosis tool. It helps you organize observations for yourself and for conversations with qualified care. If symptoms are severe, urgent, or worrying, the right next step is professional medical help, not an app decision.
Connect symptoms to the rest of the routine
A symptom may feel different when you can see it next to dose timing, meals, weight, reminders, and the weekly rhythm. Pepti keeps those records together on your device. That can make it easier to notice questions worth asking at the next visit, such as whether a symptom cluster happened near a dose day or after a routine change.
Premium adds deeper review with analytics, projections, estimated active-level views, appointment PDF, and a 14-day Premium preview. The estimate is theoretical and cannot measure blood concentration or explain symptoms by itself.
Share only what you choose
Your health records stay on your phone unless you export them. Pepti does not sell health data and does not require an account to start. It does not recommend doses, tell you whether to stop medication, or replace your clinician. It keeps your side-effect history organized so the conversation can be clearer.
